Our role and independence
OpenGate is an independent, community-built resource for ZED and OAL travel. We are not affiliated with any airline, staff-travel provider, or flyzed.info. The information on OpenGate reflects personal travel experiences and should not be treated as official policy. Always refer to your airline agreements and official resources when making travel decisions.
Community submissions
Reports and feedback may be used to improve airline information on OpenGate. Do not submit personal information, employee IDs, booking references, exact travel dates, employee names, or proprietary information. Reports about travel with your employing airline are not accepted.
Contact information
If you choose to include an email address with a report, your submission is no longer anonymous. We use it only to follow up about that feedback and do not publish it.
Advertising and analytics
OpenGate uses advertising and analytics services to support the site and understand how it is used. These services may collect information such as device and browser details, pages visited, and interactions with the site. Responsible use
